Floyd Mayweather wins in 12

Mosley vs Mayweather is going to be an interesting fight. If Shane Mosley is able to hit Floyd Mayweather Jr to the body down the stretch in the later rounds. Floyd might have a hard time lifting up both of his arms and if that's possible then Mosley could pull off a controversial stoppage or decision.

Floyd needs to use his speed to his advantage. He is faster than Mosley. Floyd should not try to go punch for punch for Mosley because Shane is a strong guy. He's got to what he's got to do best a defensive genius fight. Just like what he did to Juan Manuel Marquez.

When Mosley misses he's got to make Mosley pay. Mayweather is not known for throwing good uppercuts much but if you notice the fights that Mosley lost to Vernon Forrest he was vulnerable to uppercuts. The lead right hand will play a factor in this fight.

If Cotto beat Mosley to the punch just imagine to what Floyd is going to do to Mosley because Floyd is definitely quicker than Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito so Mosley is going to fight somebody faster than he possible the fastest opponent that Mosley has ever faced. He's going to have to deal with that and it's going to be a problem for Sugar Shane Mosley.

I think Floyd Mayweather Jr. is going to win on a decision. It won't be the hardest fight of his career but it's going to be a fight where Mayweather is going to have to take a chance to stop Mosley.

I think Mosley will land to the body and Mayweather will beat Mosley to the punch to the head. I think it's a great fight great for the boxing fans. Mayweather winning in 12 rounds. Maybe Mayweather will face Manny Pacquiao for the ultimate boxing showdown.

Mayweather vs Mosley Let's Get It On!

Sugar Shane Mosley is a good fighter a great fighter and one of the best welterweights of the last 10 years. Went up to 154 at one time and fought Winky Wright who basically whopped his ass twice.

Mosley's last fight was Antonio Margarito and it's a tough fight. Shane Mosley is a hell of a fighter and he pulled it off and Mosley beat him. He beat the so called man of steel.Now Shane Mosley is already 38.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. coming off of a very very impressive win against Juan Manuel Marquez. Basically he won every round in a 12 round decision victory.
Before that we all know Floyd Mayweather Jr. came off of a big win years ago against Ricky Hatton via knockout.

Mayweather Jr. undefeated never been beaten. He's been in a close contest with Zab Judah and couple of close contest with Jose Luis Castillo and he remains undefeated.

I can see this fight Mosley as a stalker. Mosley chasing Floyd around the ring. I can see Mayweather Jr. making Mosley miss a lot of punches.
The key to Sugar Shane Mosley to victory. If he can cut off the ring against Floyd and if he can go to the body against Floyd Mayweather Jr. If he can make Floyd realise look you haven't really fought anyone that has been able to hit like I hit. No one is going to go to the body for like I'm going to go to the body.
If Shane Mosley can do that cut off the ring and land those big bombs then down the stretch the later rounds Mosley could possibly pull of a very huge upset at his age. I think when you go to the body it's like Frazier use to say it's chopping down the tree sooner or later the tree will fall.

How to beat Sugar Shane Mosley


Sugar Shane Mosley vs Floyd Mayweather Jr. Let's talk about the 2 fighters on what they bring to the table. Shane Mosley brins speed, footwork, decent footwork and power. Speed and power that is basically what shane brings in the table. His footwork is ok although not the best but it does pretty good. But speed and power is his main strenght.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. has speed, decent power, excellent footwork and excellent defense and ring generalship. He is pretty much the full package. Mosley has more power than Mayweather.

How can you beat Sugar Shane Mosley? If you look back and think about the fighters who beat him. He was beaten 2x by Vernon Forrest and Winky Wright. Both of these guys have great boxing skills. He was beaten by Miguel Cotto also has pretty good boxing skills. Mosley gets beaten by boxers more than he does by aggressive fighters who just come forward and throw a lot of power punches.

The thing about Shane Mosley is that if you can outbox him then you can beat him. It takes all of his aggressiveness away.

A lot of people say that if he would have been a little bit more aggressive with Miguel Cotto then he could have pulled that fight off. But when you outbox Mosley it will kill his aggressiveness.

He likes to figure out a way to land his shots and he has to set him up so if you can outbox him and keep him off balance all the time with a good jab you kinda kill his aggressiveness.

So I think that best thing to do is to keep him off balance with the jab. Shane Mosley has been beaten by guys who have good jabs and throw straight punches.

If you look back Winky Wright and Vernon Forrest. They threw straight punches and they have pretty good footwork except for Winky Wright who comes forward. But he has good defense and threw straight punches. He threw straight punches right down the middle.

Floyd Mayweather via Unanimous Decision Against Shane Mosley!


Sugar Shane Mosley he tends to be squared up because he likes to throw his power shots so he keeps his back foot on the side. That way he can throw his hooks those power shots. He tends to throw left left right left from right combinations kind of flurries. You can catch him with a straight hand right in the middle when he's throwing all those hooks. You can keep him off balance all night.

He's looking for the power shots for that big money shot. I don't see him winning this fight not with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Floyd is going to box him and not going to sit there and try to trade power shots with Mosley.

I think it's going to be a unanimous decision. Floyd Mayweather winning this fight.

Shane has a weak jab. He's looking for the power shot always for that money punch. That's going to be a bad thing in this fight. Straight punches down the middle. That's how I see it.

When Shane Mosley fought Vargas. He had pretty good footwork but Vargas is easy to be hit. Very easy to find. He fought guys that is tailor made for him. He fought Mayorga.

The only guy that didn't match up with his style is Cotto. Cotto threw straight punches in their fight. Cotto for some reason didn't throw the hooks that he normally does. The left hook. He threw his jab a lot. Threw a straight right hand which kinda odd.

That's what he did and Cotto won that fight based on straight punches. He's there to be hit. If you go back and watch the Miguel Cotto fight. He looks too good. Shane Mosley made Cotto looked like a great boxer.

But it's just Shane Mosley's style. That's why if Shane fights particular type of guy he will look awesome again. And then he goes to fight somebody that has some a little bit of boxing skills or knowledge and it's totally different. Straight punches down the middle.

But they can't get a game plan and beat Floyd. It's hard. A guy that makes adjustments in the ring is pretty much hanging up.

Floyd uses ever weapon he has. And uses it effectively. He actually changes the way he throws punches which most guys can't do that. He can change his the way he throws his punches. Depending who is he fighting. If you watch one of his fights. He throws all his punches differently.

I think Floyd Mayweather will win this fight via unanimous decision.
